We are offering a free (contactless) bicycle delivery service to the following postcodes, E5, E8 and E9. If you are nearby but outside of these postcodes email us on hello@kankan.london and we will do our best to help you.

We use Royal Mail for our shipping - please allow 2-3 days for delivery. We have recently began offering EU shipping too, and you can select this at checkout. 

Due to COVID we are currently pausing our packaging returns service. We have worked hard to ensure our packaging is all recyclable and/or very reusable and will review in the future when things return to normal. We appreciate your understanding with this for now.
